Great quiet neighborhood...huge yard for kids to run around and play. Would be fine with outside dog or a trained inside small dog. New central heat and air. Some furnishing will come with the the house. Large building for plenty of storage. Water bill and electricity will be paid by renter. Smoking will be allowed in home. We don't mind being pet friendly asking that you have your big dog outside and a small ones that are trained and well behaved inside.
