There is nobody in the other upstairs room so you have a lot of privacy and space and your own bathroom. Laundry is on the same floor as this bedroom. The kitchen and living room is downstairs. Unfortunately, I will not be staying in Florida so I need to have someone take over the lease. This also has a covered parking spot, pool, gym, WiFi, and many other amenities. There is a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to UCF. The rent is 799.00 a month. Utilities are included. Females only. Newly renovated. The Lease will be managed by the complex. I just need to find someone to refer due to the fact that I have an emergency and will not be able to stay at school this semester. I will pay you the first months rent in cash if you let me refer you so that I will be let out of my lease. All contracts will be arranged through the Lofts but I will refer you to get started.
