Hi there, so I currently live at the lofts, which is student housing but you don't have to be a student to live here. It's extremely nice, and one of the great things about student living is I pay $619 a month, for everything including utilities. It is a set monthly price. By taking over my lease, you do not pay the application fee or anything like that, you just sign to pay the set price of 619 with the front office and you do not have to worry about other roommates making rent, it's individually handled by the office. A little bit about the place- it's right on alafaya and e colonial, about 5 minutes from UCF. I'm a 22 year old female, and I have 3 other female roommates. One is 23 and literally never home because she basically lives with her boyfriend off campus but she is very nice and sweet when she comes home like once every two months haha. She has the upstairs room. The other girl downstairs is 21, very quiet and stays to herself but she's extremely nice. She's always working so I never really see her either. And then the other 22 year old upstairs is actually giving up her room as well to relocate with me! (So if you know of a second person needing to take over a lease let me know, leases would of course be Individually dealt with in the office!) the lofts are a great place to live, it's very nice and safe. We live in a 4/4 so you would have your own bathroom. There's a loft upstairs, and the downstairs is huge. Which I normally have to myself because no ones home or the downstairs girl is in her room. I'm leaving my lease because I am trying to relocate towards Windermere. The lease is locked until july31 at 12:00pm. The good thing about subleasing is you do not have to pay any fees, and my rent is the cheapest option here at the lofts which is the downstairs room at $619. (Incase you know of a second roommate my upstairs roomies room is the biggest so she pays $635) my price is set every month, $619 includes everything and the front office takes care of any maintenance and always has free food in the clubhouse! Check it out online and feel free to email me. After talking through emails I would be happy to give you my number and answer any questions or show you some pictures. Ideally me and my roommate now are trying to relocate together in may, when she graduates from ucf. But let us know your thoughts and maybe something will work out sooner!
