There are two decks, one that facing the Sawkill Stream and the other facing flowering plantings and a wisteria garden. A few steps and you are by the stream with swimming holes and waterfalls. The house is freshly panted with all wood floors, High-speed cable and WIFI, large windows, a fire heating stove, baseboard heating and flame stove for cooking.
Tenant is responsible for utilities and WIFI. No smoking, you will need to call me concerning pets , there is privet parking in front of cottage. No fees.
