The Mill House is on privet land where two streams come together, the Sawkill and Cooper Lake Stream. There are mountain views, water falls, swimming holes , a cantilever deck over the stream, privet parking. The inside is the original Mill house built is 1909. A shell built around the house for complete insulation. A propane flame heating stove and flame cooking. There is Apple TV and WIFI. The Mill can be rented off or on season 4k a month. There are no fees.
Tenant pays for heating, electric and WIFI. There is no fee and no smoking. Please call for pets. There is no fee. A summer rental is optional.
