All utilities are included in the rental price!! You only pay electric and cable. Garage parking is available. We have views of lake Michigan from the Master bedroom and front bay windows. This rental includes the use of 6,000 sq. ft. veranda, BBQ grills, fire-pit and private beach! Storage for kayaks, paddle-boards, bikes and more. This is an amazing property (and the people too) and has to be seen to fully appreciate all you get for the price. We are a small, diverse, friendly and thoughtful community of folks. The right person/people will love this place! The only reason we are moving is for a change of schools, otherwise we would live in this paradise forever!
