Though it is small it has a full size bathroom and kitchen with LOTS of natural light. It is perfect for one person who wants their own space that is not an apartment. Right now it is fully furnished and I would prefer to rent it furnished but am open to renting it unfurnished. You will have your own parking space in the driveway. All utilities including Google Fiber internet will be a flat rate of $150/month. The unit has its own washer/dryer. There isn't really a yard for this unit so pets are not allowed but there is a space for chairs outside the front door. I am open to 3 month leases up to a year. You will have your own parking spot in the driveway in front of your door. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
