The Villa is located in The Villages, Florida. It is located within walking distance just outside downtown Spanish Springs. This Courtyard Villa has been updated inside with Corian counters, tile, 3 new sliding glass doors, plantation shutters, new living room furniture, and new flooring throughout the home. The Courtyard has three seating areas. One area has a fire pit with cushioned furniture. Another has two chaise lounges by a fountain. The third has a grille with a table, umbrella and four chairs for outside dining. There is a golf cart that is included in the rental. There is also a garage. This rental is available starting July 1st, 2026 until October 31, 2026. A four month lease. All utilities are included. There is a one time $50.00 fee (paid by the renter) to access the various Villages amenities.
