New carpet was just put in upstairs and the living area is updated with vinyl flooring. Newly painted walls. The refrigerator and stove are fairly new, their is a nice back patio area on the property. The ac/heating unit is 2-3 years old. It's a very spacious townhome, the area is very safe/quiet, neighbors are very kind. My husband and I live 2 mins down the road and we both are typically very available. Renter is responsible for the utilities and setting that up in their name. No more than 2 pets is preferred but can discuss. Smoking allowed only outside.
