Our office is in the building so we will be neighbors. Fine dining is just blocks away, the beach is within walking distance. Family Properties covers water. Resident pays for heat and electric. The lease will end on May 31, 2023. One year renewals are offered as long as the rent is being paid on time, the neighbors are not disturbed and the apartment is being kept clean. We prefer non smoking neighbors (we live in the building). We prohibit smoking of marijuana inside our building (again we live in the building too). Plenty of street parking. I am deathly allergic to cat and dog hair, dander and saliva so please no animals.
