This is a 3-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, along with the laundry room for convenience. The 3rd floor is a wide open space - great for creating art and music. All hardwood floors except 2 bedrooms that are carpeted. Looking for tenants for 6 month lease, as we will most likely be back for our cats at that time, but we are open to the tenant(s) staying longer.
