Farmhouse has great bones. The rooms are generously sized and the wood floors are great. There is some work to be done, such as refinishing floors, and the kitchen needs some attention, but this house has solid bones. Very close to Middletown for an easy commute, but a farm like setting. There is a detached barn in the back, a wrap front porch and a enclosed porch on the back. Nice yard.
