Tenants will need to get a PO Box for mail, as there is no postal service to this unit. Utilities included Water, Sewer, Garbage and Power. Lawn care included. Private patio too! This is a no pet property, (qualified service animals welcome). Move in coordination fee(10% of the monthly rent) is due at move in . Please note showings can be scheduled online at any time. After hours or weekend, showings must be scheduled and confirmed by our staff before the end of the business day. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm. We are closed for all major holidays.
