Update: I believe this rental may be taken, although we've not yet signed a lease agreement. I will change it to "unavailable" if/when the lease is signed. Nice neighborhood and walking distance to town. Nice size fenced backyard. Pets ok with prior approval and pet deposit. Two heat options. Mini split and pellet stove. AC via mini split. Appliances include fridge, range and pellet stove in living room. Bathroom only has a shower. No tub. Available first part of March. I'm not sure I'll be able to have it ready to rent by March 1, which was my target date. So, I changed it to the 15, to be safe. First month's rent will be prorated if can't rent it on the 1st. I may be able to allow some move in of belongings, if desired, before all work is finished, and there would be no rent charged for that time prior to formal move in date. I will be adding more photos as work on place becomes done. The photo posted now was taken when I bought the property about 5 or 6 years ago. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Last month's rent is not included in deposit. Deposit may be negotiable for 1/2 of it to be paid over time. No smoking inside home or garage. Tenant required to maintain interior and yards. Including keeping weeds and grass down per fire control standards. No trash or garbage to be kept on property. One year lease required.
