The lease is for a one year term and there is a $1000 damage deposit required. Small dogs and cats up to 20 pounds are permitted with a nonrefundable $500 deposit. There is no smoking allowed on the property. This is covered in the lease specifically, and there will be an immediate termination of the lease for any violation of this "no smoking " policy. The apartment is an all electric apartment. The renter is responsible for supplying their own electricity. The owner of the building pays for water and trash pick up. Each renter is assigned a trash container and is responsible for placing it at the curbside each week for pick up and returning it back to the building at the end of the day.
