The landlord covers water and trash and outdoor maintenance. Pets are allowed, but must be approved by landlord. There is off-street parking along with a driveway that you can share and coordinate with downstairs tenants. If interested you will need to fill out an application with references, you may need to show proof of income, the landlord did not charge me an application fee.
