Bedroom is on second floor. Furnished bedroom with queen bed (no linens or pillows provided), nightstand, desk and chair. You will have your own private loft area in your room and private en-suite bathroom. Brand new central air and heat. Access to on-site washer, dryer, fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, blenders, air fryer, filtered drinking water, but sorry, currently no dishwasher until it's fixed), living room TV, piano and all shared space. Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, internet) within normal usage. Will share the cost of kitchen supplies (dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc) among roommates as needed. You must clean up after yourself when you use the kitchen. All roommates will take turns cleaning the shared space according to schedule. Previous female tenant moved out due to (work) relocation.
