The laundry machines are free and we allow use of building's WiFi at no cost. Resident pays for heat, electricity and gas. We prohibit the smoking of marijuana in the building. We require credit checks and are looking for collections, judgments, and delinquent payments. We often deny occupancy to credit scores under 650.
