    Great unit. Majority of my tenants tend to stay here for 4 years, either getting their masters or PhDs. Most of those students have been out-of-state coming to CSU. This place is really close to CSU, technically it's about 1/4 mile away from CSU, it takes about 5 minutes to walk on to campus and maybe a 2 minute bike ride. To get to Center of campus it's about 6 minutes or so by bike. Property is well taken care of, never have a problem with this property. Lots of great restaurants near by, Grocery store is about 1.5 miles away. City Park, is about .5 miles away great place to spend time. Bike trails are about 1.5-2 miles away and those trails go all over Fort Collins. Since this unit is at garden level it will stay cooler in the summers. No pets. No smoking. Renter is responsible for electricity, internet, and entertainment. I will take care off all of appliances, tenant is responsible for the minor things like lightbulbs. Trash and water are already taken care of. You have a parking permit. This unit has a new refrigerator. There is a store closet as well. Absolutely no smoking in the unit and no pets.
