House has been well taken care of and that is reflected throughout the property. Everything is to it's 1916 theme. Kitchen has been upgraded with upgrades (stainless steel refrigerator, and dishwasher. Okeefe and Merritt stove that works like a charm. Kitchen has a breakfast nook. Surrounding neighbors are generally small families. The Gold Line (light rail) has come to our neighborhood, which is an extension that can take you all the way to East L.A.. During the summer, there are concerts and family movies in the park. There is a beautiful sports park with a wonderful play yard for the kids. There is a Senior Center (La Fetra) that has activities too. The village of Glendora is within walking distance. This will be a month to month rental agreement. If the tenant has a pet (1 dog either/or 1 cat) then there will be a $500/non-refundable deposit required to be included in the deposit. The tenant will be responsible for all utilities (house has solar), such as, electricity, gas, and the Internet. We currently have FIOS with Frontier (formerly with Verizon).
