The open kitchen offers Formica countertops, black kitchen appliances, a pantry, and plenty of cabinet space for storage. The spacious primary suite offers a comfortable retreat after a long day. The primary bathroom comes with a raised dual vanity, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Guests will enjoy having their own bedroom and bathroom that has a raised vanity and bathtub. Create your own work from home office or hobby room in the flex room. Enjoy the outdoors with some privacy in the screened back patio overlooking the xeriscaped backyard. The minimum lease term required to lease this property is 12 months. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance. Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property. The refrigerator, washer and clothes dryer are the personal property of the Owner. Repair or replacement of the refrigerator, washer or clothes dryer is not guaranteed.
