There is a common Washer dryer free to use by the Tenants(available with in the building) No smoking allowed with in the apartment or building. Apartment is on the second floor. First floor has Night Club and can be very loud night times. Also, renter will pay first month rent of $825.00/last month rent 0f $825.00 and security deposit 0f $825.00, when leasing the apartment. There is $300.00 non refundable security deposit if you have a small dog less than 20lbs-not 40lbs as listed under pets section) or a cat. There is $25.00 rent/month for A small dog or cat. Lease is minimum for 1 year. We (yellow door apts), do not have any set up for online payments. So, if anyone ask you to pay online rent or deposit, please do not pay anyone online your security deposit or rent for yellow door apts.
