Our two bedroom house is only a few years old and is a perfect size for a few guests. It is about a mile walk to downtown, or you can bike and get there in 5 minutes! The yard is huge and no neighbors to bother. Two bedrooms - one with a full sized bed and one with a futon and memory foam topper. The couch in the living room also is a futon. Kitchen has all the items you would expect. TV with Roku including Netflix. There are 2 spots for cars in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street. Downtown is walkable or even quicker by bike. If you have car2go, there is almost always 1 available within a couple blocks.Looking to rent for the summer - May through August. Rate includes utilities and high speed internet.
