Welcome home to the best backyard in Denver! Fresh paint and everything you would like in a home is here already, come on over! All windows are double pane wood windows with screens, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a whole house fan, washer and dryer, garage door opener, sprinkler system for the yard, and a flagstone patio. We love this house so much that we have kept it for years so that eventually we can move back in. Renter pays for gas, electric, and water. We typically send our landscape person over twice a year to get the yard ready for summer and winter. Totally open to lots of ideas that you have for the home as well.
