Discharged bankruptcies may be accepted with re-established credit, please discuss as they are handled on a case by case basis. Criminal Records - Criminal within the last 7 years may result in the denial of an application. Occupancy maximum of 4 persons, no more than 2 adults. No Smoking inside. Outside only following Washington State guidelines. No Pets. Quiet - all tenants must agree to lease requirement keeping noise to level that doesn't disturb neighbors. $100 fee added to rent for water, septic, garbage & yard care.
