No guests are permitted overnight, and no parties or small gatherings/meetings are permitted on site. We have tight security with the property directly next to local law enforcement and marine patrol who monitor all who come and go. Needless to say, the property is very safe for a single renter once approved by backgroundcheck and $3,000 + $225 cleaning fee is due prior to your first day on site once approved.
