Includes queen size bed, shower/toilet, microwave, air fryer, electric fireplace, wifi, a/c and private access for one renter who is a responsible person as you are in a private enclosed residential property at our residence in Clearwater where the 2 adult owners reside (married couple in our 50's). We are looking for someone to live on site who can feed our 3 cats (each in different structures on the property) while we are away Therefore, we have lowered the price which includes use of laundry and no extra fees for trash and electricity. We maintain a very respectful quiet environment for everyone's peace and enjoyment.
