No commercial activity will be conducted by the tenants on the property except by phone. F. Bicycles or motorcycles are not permitted in the house. G. Tenants further agree that upon giving the landlord 30 days written notice to be received by his agent or himself on or before the 1st of the month, also hereby grant them the right to show said property to prospective tenants. H. Landlord NOT responsible for spraying for pests except termites. I. NO PETS ALLOWED. J. Any agreement made by the landlord must be in writing as noted below: K.
