It is within short walking distance to the SU campus, the First Hill hospitals, downtown, many shops and restaurants on 12th Ave. and Broadway, and is about 1 mile from the Capitol Hill light rail station. The apartment features hardwood floors in the living room, updated bathroom, laundry in the unit, dishwasher, large private deck/porch on the front of the house, insulated windows, and a spacious open living and kitchen area with a stainless steel gas range and a large stainless steel refrigerator. This will be available starting Sept. 1 for a 1-year lease. It's being rented as a furnished short-term rental until then, and we can leave the furnishings in place if you like for an extra $200/month plus additional damage deposit, otherwise we'll put them in storage. Paying the holding deposit of 1/4 month's rent along with completed Zillow application and tour (either in person or by video call) will qualify you as being "applied", and applicants will be considered according to SMC 14.08.050 - "First-in-time". First month's rent will be pro-rated based on move-in day, the holding deposit will be applied toward the security deposit due upon move-in, and the last month's rent will also be due upon move-in.
