This studio unit is located on the first floor in the Southwest corner which receives fantastic natural light. The kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and tile counter top. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 per month utility fee for water, sewer, garbage as well as a $15/monthly laundry fee. This is no smoking and no dog building however, cats are welcome.
