Flexible to start the lease a week sooner than October 13. Six months for now, and then one year thereafter if your'e happy with the place. Owner pays for water, renter pays for electricity and gas. As a former renter myself, I never appreciated the large amount of cash that was required just to rent a home. If you give me at least 60 days of advance notice before terminating the lease, then I will not require last month's rent at time of move-in. I endeavor to be a good landlord with fair policies.
