Master bedroom has a remote controlled, adjustable queen-sized bed along with a large walk-in closet. Fifth bedroom can be a bedroom or easily converted to an office to satisfy your needs. Walk-in basement with games, toys, and a large TV to keep the kids entertained while the adults cook, visit, and relax upstairs in the large living room and kitchen. We will take care of the utilities so YOU won't have to worry about additional monthly bills, hookup fees, switching names/account, etc. Up to two dogs allowed ($100 per animal per month with a $100 security deposit for each). No smoking within the home. Two driveway parking spots and street parking in spring and summer months. Guest staying longer than a week need to be included on lease. Background check required, paid by renter, and applied to first month's rent. $3,200 per month on a month by month basis. Lease contract required. At signing, we require first month's rent along with a security deposit of $3,200 of which only $2,700 is refundable. $500 will be kept for cleaning purposes. If you would like to lease for at least 6 months, we will drop the price to $3,000 per month with a $3,000 security deposit. Let us know if you would like to rent longer than 12 months. As a side note: If your move-in date is not the first or end of the month, we will prorate the days that you rent. If you desire to move out in the middle of the month, we ask that you give us the 30 days notice and we will gladly prorate for the days that you live in the home.
