All interior wood work has been restored, including the hardware. Has exposed brick in kitchen and bathroom. This is a very lovely and clean home. I prefer no pets, but we can negotiate a fee for an animal if my insurance allows it. Small fenced in yard with parking in the back or on the street. Tenant pays for all utilities and also responsible for maintaining yard in summer and winter. 3600 move in. First last and security deposit. All will be refunded except the first months rent, if tenant moves out on good terms.
