There is a separate private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This is the east facing half of a duplex where the manager lives on site. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and wi-fi. This is a month-to-month lease, but we hope you stay awhile! One cat allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE SMOKING.
