I accepting applications though Zillow's system but will require a face to face meeting of the family at the property to show it to you and answer all your questions at that time. I do not show the house WITHOUT either first seeing a application though Zillow or at Minimum, a phone interview. This will help us determine if you meet the minimum requirements for renters.
