The studio apartment is small, but everything is clean and new. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and a frig. We are in the Old North End neighborhood near Colorado College. This is a traditional neighborhood where people walk their dogs on the sidewalk and you'll see kids on their bikes. The house and the the surrounding area is quiet. We have friendly neighbors and tenants. We have a nice parking lot and laundry facilities on site. I'm sorry, but we are no smoking (inside) and have a no pet policy. Utilities are pro-rated based on square footage of the apartment
