The house and the the surrounding area is quiet. We have friendly neighbors and tenants. We have a nice parking lot and laundry facilities on site. I'm sorry, but we are no smoking (inside) and have a no pet policy. Utilities are pro-rated based on square footage of the apartment Tenant is responsible for pro-rated share of utilities. The utilities have averaged $50 so far this year.
