The house is a triplex, however, your unit is completely private. It occupies the entire back half of the building with its own private entrance, private yard with heated pool. It is completely separate from the other two units. The pool is so private it is "clothing optional." This home is a monthly rental. The property features two upstairs bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom was completely remodeled in 2021. One room features a king size bed and the other a king size bed and queen sized bed. The larger room has its own TV. Downstairs is a seating area with a Full sofa bed. The large kitchen features luxury appliances: a Sub-Zero fridge, a Wolf range. It comes equipped with everything you need to throw a massive party with endless guests. Outside the French doors of the kitchen is the private yard. It is surrounded by 6 and 7 foot fencing. It is completely private and features an outdoor shower as well as the pool. The pool has a waterfall feature, underwater lighting, and a heater. There is a table for outdoor seating, a large grill. And a washer and dryer. The main entrance to the property is thru the private entrance garden gate into the pool area. The building is a triplex but your property is the entire back half of the building. There are NO shared spaces. Each unit has its own entrance. Everything, including the pool, is entirely yours during your stay. The pool is cleaned weekly by a pool service and the yard is maintained as well on a regular basis. There is no off street parking. The property is located 1 block off of White Street - the local "main street" of Key West. There is no shortage of street parking on the block the house is on. It is a safe area. You can park on the street without issue. You can get around Key West by bike or by foot. You can also use your car or Uber. By foot it is a 15 minute walk to Duval Street. It is a 5 to 10 minute bike ride. Either way you are on residential streets the entire way. The property is located on a corner within 1 block of Faustos, the local grocery store. It is kitty corner to Bayview Park where you have a softball field, tennis courts, basketball courts. There are often events and markets in the park on the weekends. It is in the locals area of Old Town Key West about a 15 minute walk or 5-10 minute bike ride from Duval Street.
