Small fenced in backyard with additional storage closet. No smoking. Will consider small pets. 2 parking spaces. We don't use a management company so you'll be communicating directly with owners who have been renting the property for 20 years. We live in Charleston, too. It's really imporant to adhere to the HOA rules (like not leaving garbage cans on the curb after trash pick up.) The HOA can be a bit prickly, but it's good to have rules to keep the neighborhood looking nice! renter will be responsible for electric, gas and water.
