There is a convenience store at the end of the block that is open until midnight during the week and 1am on weekends. Each tenant has their own key to their room and marked storage for the kitchen, pantry, and refrigerator. You are also provided your own parking space. No smoking inside of the home. Respect your housemates and cleanup after yourself. You will be expected to take out your own trash and ensure the can is at the street for Monday morning pickup. Common areas are cleaned professionally for general sanitation. Guests may use the common areas as long as the renter is with them, but there are no overnight guests allowed.
