There is a convenience store at the end of the block that is open until midnight during the week and 1am on weekends. Each tenant has their own key to their room and marked storage for the kitchen, pantry, and refrigerator. You are also provided your own parking space. Leases are from 1-24 months. Your deposit is refundable as long as you have maintained your space and cleaned before move out. Any repairs or cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit. Tenants are expected to remove their own trash and take can to the curb for Monday morning pickup. You will be expected to clean up after yourself, even though common areas are professionally cleaned. Alcohol is not allowed in the communal kitchen, however, it may be kept in your room and consumed in the communal area as long as you are of legal age.
