Our charming and cozy beach bungalow is a perfect home base for your an extended stay on Lake Michigan. Our cozy home has a main floor bedroom with King size mattress, full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Head down our spiral staircase, you'll find another queen size private bedroom, an open guest space with full size bunks, a full bathroom and laundry room. The lower level is complete with Air Hockey and Foosball! This beautifully renovated 1886 home provides respite no matter the season. Our private back yard and deck is one of the highlights of our property. Along with being a stone-skip away from the beach, we are central to many local gems including Indiana National Park, Washington Park Zoo, Burn'Em Brewery, Blue Chip Casino, and SW Michigan-not to mention an hour away from Chicago. All utilities are covered within the rental price. Renter will be responsible for stocking household items beyond the typical short term rental provisions (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps etc.). Renter will also be responsible for snow removal, although owner may be available to assist during high snowfall. Our home is a smoke free home. We do allow pets on a case by case basis. Please add to your request. Rental is available January 1st - through April 30th. Owner will take care of lawn and leaf removal as well as any maintenance calls.
