It's a wider house than most row houses so it feels spacious. It also has lots of natural sunlight with the skylights. *The kitchen has updated cabinets and high-end Kitchenaid & LG appliances. *Half bathroom downstairs updated with Restoration Hardware finishes. *The bedrooms are large, the master bath is also very large with skylights. *There is a den area, which we used as an office but it can be made into a room or nursery as well. *Living room has a working fireplace. *Hardwood floors throughout the house. *Tin ceilings in the dining room. *There is a patio in the back that's large enough for a sitting area and grill. *The basement is not finished but used for laundry (with updated LG washer/dryer)--and there's tons of storage space! French drainage system (we've never had any water issues). *Recessed lighting throughout the house. *Skylights- very light-filled and roomy feeling. *We do not have a parking spot- there is preferential parking with a permit ($20 from the city) on the street. *We only have central AC downstairs.
