We have moved to Indy and are looking for a new tenant to take over our lease. The property is rented through Abodes, Inc. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. The #4 bus route stops in front of the house and the #7 stops a few blocks away. Both routes stop along the south side of IU campus and the #7 stops by the Kroger on S College Ave. Take a short walk to the south to reach the YMCA, Willie Streeter Community Gardens, Winslow Sports Complex (great for taking walks!), and Winslow Park. For coffee or food, you can walk to Soma or Feta just to the west, along Hillside. For families, there is a daycare across the street, a Montessori school down the block, and an elementary school just to the north along Hillside.
