The master bedroom/bathroom will be locked with our belongings in that space. It is located 1 block from the beach and steps away from year-round top restaurants, bars and attractions. There is an abundance of space and natural light in this two-floor beach condo. It offers a remote workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace for those cold winter nights, 2 covered parking spots, a community elevator, a private top-floor deck and comes fully furnished with sea turtle decor & sea colors. This is a Winter Rental; October 2026-May 2027. Owner pays all utilities with the exception of heat. Owner provides a $75 monthly allowance towards heat; renter is responsible for the remaining balance. Highest bill last year was $136.03. No subletting. Last months' rent due at signing. A $1,500 security deposit will also be due 10 days prior to move in date. First months' rent will be due 5 days prior to move in date. Monthly rent will be due the 1st of every month.
