The living room is an open room with the kitchen and dinning room off of it. The bathroom is fairly small, with a closet. Next is the bathroom with tub shower combination. All utilities except cable and internet paid. Pet deposit is $500 and an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. No barking dogs, there are many other tenants we want to keep. No indoor smoking Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
