221 E 9th #4 is a main floor one bedroom. There is a large front porch leading to the front door to the apartment. The front door enters into the living room. The living room and kitchen is a large open space. Next is the bedroom, which has a nice closet. The room is large enough for a queen bed, but would probably not have the space for the king sized bed. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
