Our unit overlooks the pool and shared green space. We have a gated backyard. The living area is upstairs and we have a gate at the top of the stairs for the safety of little ones. This neighborhood is as good as it gets in Destin! We are walking distance to the beach, Destin Commons, Whole Foods and lots of other shops and restaurants. All of the interior furnishings are high end with a rustic modern design. Please reach out with any questions you may have! On site dumpster and mail. Tenant is to pay power and water utilities.
