MIDTERM RENTAL 30-DAY MINIMUM No tours are available until after October 31, 2026. MANDATORY HOUSEKEEPING: Professional housekeeping is required every three weeks during the stay. 30-DAY MAINTENANCE CHECK: A routine 30-day maintenance check is required during the tenancy. PET FEE: $200 non-refundable pet fee. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000 refundable security deposit. MOVE-OUT CLEANING: A $150 move-out cleaning fee is required and will be deducted from the security deposit. ELECTRICITY: Utilities are included with a $150 monthly electricity allowance. Tenant is responsible for any electricity usage exceeding the $150 monthly allowance. RENTER'S INSURANCE: Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the stay. NO-SMOKING POLICY: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or other smoking substances are not permitted anywhere on the property. Violation of this policy may result in a $1,000 fee and termination of the tenancy.
