This is a great family neighborhood with many mature residents, to include working professionals and retirees. I do not accept Section 8 or housing vouchers. Please do NOT request a tour until an application has been completed on Zillow. Generally, pets are forbidden. One very small dog or a cat might be permitted, on a case by case basis.
